Job Details
ASM responsible for a highly profitable territory (circa £3m). This field based role will call on a number of independent retailers selling high end fireplaces and stoves.

Through designing high end fireplaces they are well established in the market and are welcomed with open doors by retailers.
Description
The Area Sales Manager sits within a team of 3, reporting to the Business Development Manager. With an already well established account base, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving growth within the region, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales forward
- Maintaining excellent customer service through achieving assigned sales targets through understanding the clients needs and consumer trends.
- Providing technical support to clients, ascertaining the best options to resolve issues and advise on merchandising and marketing to improve sales.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous field based sales experience
- Be energetic and a quick learner
- Be proactive, and able to work independently
- A strong communicator
- Have a passion for interior design or previous experience in fireplace and heating
- Experience in sales forecasting and exceeding targets
Job Offer
The role offers a base salary up to 32k plus commission, car and other benefits.
