As part of the senior team you will play a key part in developing the future sales strategy and driving innovation whilst identifying product gaps and opportunities to increase sales and margin.  You will be used to having full P&L accountability with the autonomy and freedom to make the right decisions that drive profitability. Couple this with your passion and knowledge and an eye for design and detail plus the desire to manage people and anything is possible at Ling.

You will be based from our creative studios in Bath where you will work closely with our design, procurement, finance, planning and inventory teams to offer great product and also help manage the critical path through clever scheduling and forecasting in order to deliver high customer satisfaction. This is in addition to you using your account management experience to guide customers through a complex range selection and design process in an event driven and demanding commercial environment.
