Exciting news in the world of Camden Town Brewery – we’re in the North and need a Field Sales Manager to lead our busy team!

Camden Town Brewery is the producer of Hells Lager, our flagship beer that’s taken us to double digit annual growth and turnover of £17m after just 7 years. We have 2 breweries; a portfolio of award-winning beers and we are listed in over 2800 outlets across the UK and further. Our beer has four key ingredients but our brewery has over 100: The Camden Beer Team. It’s these people who make Camden what it is. Without them, we wouldn’t be Camden. About the Role:

The Field Sales Manager will lead our Northern Sales team, developing the On-premise strategy and driving what we call Perfect Execution. They will use their natural ambition to lead from the front and secure availability and visibility at Point of Consumption for Camden Town Brewery, ensuring continuous volume growth in Manchester and Leeds.

Who We’re Looking For: 

•    6+ years in a sales position with a strong track record of success.
•    3+ years in a dedicated people management role.
•    Sales qualification advantageous
Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”
•    Coaching and mentoring of individuals that results in high-performance.
•    Good communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
•    Negotiation and Objection Handling skills. Has a good understanding of commercial maths.
•    Business and scene savvy, committed, passionate and able to live late night lifestyle.
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
•    Solution oriented and “Do-it-now” attitude.
•    Strong Personality; Presence, Drive, Resilience, Reliability, Self-awareness, Sociable, Flexible Availability, Self-motivated, Ambition.
•    Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
