The role will involved creating and executing a clear target plans for the sales teams across the business.

The Sales Performance & Operations Manager will work closely with the sales team, this person will play a large part in training and recruiting right across the sales team also, while working to agreed budgets for commission and bonus plans.

Description

The Sales Performance & Operations Manager will:
  • Report back monthly and quarterly to senior management on performance against targets set out
  • continually review all targets and key performance measures in place
  • work with senior management on head count of the sales team
  • forecasting
  • responsible for documenting all performance reporting
  • manage all adjustments in targets, commission and bonuses across the business


Profile

The successful candidate for this Sales Performance & Operations Manager will come with the following:
  • previous experience with the above skills and abilities
  • ideally a background in professional or financial services
  • previous sales experience, then moved into more of a strategic and target setting role
  • strong financial and budget setting skills
  • previous experience in senior level reporting
  • strong ability to analyse
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work with multi-disciplines; Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations
  • located in South East England
