This organisation specialise in health & beauty and over the counter medicine products. Supported by a fantastic Marketing team that deliver excellent ATL & BTL campaigns, these brands are thoroughly recognisable within the markets they operate. The majority of their products are either at no. 1 or no. 2 market position in their relevant categories. They've inherited some fantastic new brands recently and they have just signed off an additional headcount to help them manage the extra revenue these brands will surely generate!
You will be fully P&L responsible for your designated account portfolio. These accounts will be varied and will encompass Grocery, Discounters and Wholesale channels. Reporting into a NAM, you will be given some fantastic one on one support and mentoring from someone who is experienced in this field. You will visit customers regularly and negotiate terms in order to agree a win/win deal that will benefit both parties. Dependant on performance in this role, you will be given the opportunity to progress into a NAM role.
The ideal candidate will be currently working as a NAE within either non food, drinks or food. You can be based anywhere in the country as this is a field based role. You must have worked with branded products previously. P&L responsibility or exposure is a pre requisite.
