National Account Manager

Nigel Wright is delighted to be partnering with a competitive, new age British brewery currently excelling in the craft beer market. Our client is looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join the ever growing team.


The Role


The National Account Manager will lead the charge with their assigned territories to identify and implement an optimum route to market strategy while ensuring the wider portfolio are perfectly positioned in each market,
You will be leveraging new business opportunities by expanding the distribution of the portfolio in existing markets or opening brand new markets. We need you to scale epic new heights in building the brand equity, forming strong and strategic partnerships with distributors will be at the heart of all that you achieve.

Main Duties



• Increase volume, market share and profitability in existing markets
• Negotiation of annual terms and conditions, completion of contract renewals.
• Acquisition of new customers and countries
• Deep dive analysis and identification of opportunity/gaps in existing countries



Skills/Experience



• 3+ years FMCG sales & customer management background (drinks industry a bonus)
• Logistics/Operations/Supply chain experience also beneficial
• Experience of managing key national distributor accounts and international customers.
• Evidence of building effective relationships at all levels across multiple international customers and executing customer business and activation plans.
