Job Details

Our client is an instantly recognisable non-food FMCG business based in the West Midlands; on their behalf we are now recruiting a RAM to join their National Accounts team. With category brands recognised globally this is an exciting opportunity to join a really exciting business who have won multiple awards for their employee based approach. Culturally they are known to actively encourage autonomy and progression. They have multiple international offices and one here in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of wholesale stores and independents across the south of the UK.
  • Maintain profitability in the area.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage contracts and be comfortable with spreadsheets.
  • Produce business plans aligned to customer needs.
  • Budget accountability.
  • Report into the Head of Sales (National).

Role Requirements:

  • C1 year within the FMCG industry – food, drink or non-food.
  • Ideally branded experience.
  • Ideally experience within the wholesale arena.
  • Ideally although not essentially pharmaceutical experience.  
  • Bright, articulate and ambitious.
  • Comfortable managing a wide range of accouns.
  • Excel efficient.
  • Ideally degree educated but not necessary.
  • Great work ethic and fast paced.
