Salary band: £25-30k, depending on experience
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Reporting to: Head of Distillation

About us

Atom Brands are looking for a Liquid Production Supervisor for their Tonbridge facility. Reporting directly to the Head of Distillation, you will have responsibility for all Atom Brand Liquid Production on site. This includes Single Malt, Blended Scotch Whisky, Gin and Rum to name but a few, with many more on the horizon as the company product range grows. You and the current Liquid Production Supervisor will have a small team of Liquid Production Assistants reporting into you to support you in your role.

Right now our focus is on coping with current demand and with year on year growth of around 30% for each of the last 5 years that is not to be sniffed at. However, the expectation is for this to grow even more as we release new product lines and increase our capability. About you

We would like you to have demonstrable operational experience in a beverage alcohol production environment, and be educated to degree level, ideally with a BSc in Brewing and Distilling, although degrees in Engineering, Chemistry or Biology would be considered. Some experience of people management would be an advantage. Your skills will include being able to organise and manage your time effectively, and being able to cope with multiple projects at any one time. You will also need a full, clean driving licence, be a great team player and will have excellent attention to detail along with a positive, can do attitude.
