The role

Key Account Manager role responsible for managing the relationship between the business and the Foodservice and Wholesale channel.

Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness ensuring the most efficient use of promotional expenditure.
  • Identifying new customers
  • Assisting with category reviews
  • Working closely with the supply chain team to ensure costs are aligned with the delivery of sales targets
  • Implementing an agreed promotional plan within budgetary guidelines


The person

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
  • Previous Field Sales/Account Management experience within a branded environment
  • An understanding of category management principles
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • An understanding within the UK Foodservice and Wholesale Channel
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Good understanding of financial metrics, as well as supply chain forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
