Exciting news in the world of Camden Town Brewery – we are heading north and launching in Manchester.

About Us:

Camden Town Brewery is the producer of Hells Lager, our flagship beer that’s taken us to double digit annual growth and turnover of £17m after just 7 years. We have 2 breweries; a portfolio of award-winning beers and we are listed in over 2800 outlets across the UK and further. Our beer has four key ingredients but our brewery has over 100: The Camden Beer Team. It’s these people who make Camden what it is. Without them, we wouldn’t be Camden. About The Role:

With this really exciting journey about to begin, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative to help step change our presence in the city and make Camden Town beers available in more great outlets. 

The Field Sales Reps will be the face of Camden Town Brewery in the city, winning great new stockists for our beers, delivering the best customer service and supporting all customers to help grow Camden through sales.

Who We’re Looking For:

•    2+ years in a sales position with a strong track record of success
•    A relevant degree is advantageous.
•    Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”
•    Good communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
•    Negotiation and Objection Handling skills. 
•    Understanding of commercial maths.
•    Business and scene savvy, committed, passionate and able to live late night lifestyle.
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
•    Basic knowledge in written and spoken English.
•    Solution oriented and “Do-it-now” attitude.
•    Strong Personality: Presence, Strong Work Ethic, Resilience, Reliability, Self-awareness, Sociable, Flexible Availability, Self-motivation, Ambition.
•    Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
