The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be selling their services in a purely new business capacity. Customers are in every sector - you may be speaking to the owner of a hotel one day and the general manager of an office block the next. An excellent uncapped commission scheme will reward your sales efforts here and successful Business Development Managers enjoy long and fruitful careers here.

The Company: An acquisitive and ambitious organisation, our client now seeks a new Business Development Manager in the Midlands to help them continue their expansion plans. They offer a full range of waste management solutions, and have ambitious and realistic plans to become the largest commercial waste company in the UK. They are also a "green" company, generating energy from the waste produced.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record
  • You will have sold a relevant service such as facilities management, waste, washrooms, recycling, security, pest control or grounds maintenance
  • The ability to track a pipeline with long sales cycles
  • Superb hunting and business generation skills are essential
