Due to new production capacity and technology investment, the organisation is now equipped to significantly accelerate its leadership position within their category. The appointment of a highly strategic and experienced Retail Sales and Marketing Director is centric in delivering the businesses growth ambitions. 

The Role: 
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the development of a high performing team, who are equipped with the right business tools and capabilities to generate new distribution and consequent revenue, while maximising the performance of the Omega PLC brands within the existing customer base.
 
You will be the author and custodian of detailed Retail Sales and Marketing strategies ensuring that the organisation is maximising revenue growth while continually seeking opportunities for margin enhancement. 

Innovation is central to outperforming competitors and thereby growing market share. As a component of the role, you will lead the Innovation team ensuring that Customer and Consumer insight generation sits at the heart of the organisations product development agenda and is in turn translated into highly effective Marketing and Media activities.
 
As well as being a highly Customer facing role, internal leadership will be critical to your success, so you will need to lead by example to ensure that the whole organisation is passionate about the businesses Customer agenda.

The Person: 
You will ideally have a successful track record operating in a FMCG or Consumer Durables multi-divisional business in both a strategic and operational capacity.
 
You will possess the appropriate skills to manage and motivate your Sales, Marketing and Development, teams with experience operating at board level and a proven track record of delivering success.

You will be an excellent communicator, negotiator and above all, a customer centric strategic leader with a track record of achieving both functional and business goals.
