Full Time role Monday to Friday

Salary £20K plus com 

Training 1st ans 2nd March 2018

10 month contract until 21st Dec 2018

 Car and fuel card provided

The story so far…

Currently employing over 500 people, throughout our head office and regionally in the UK, we are about to start an exciting new journey. This team will bring our brand to life throughout retail, deliver bespoke training and engage with consumers through exciting product demonstrations.

We employ awesome people to deliver an awesome service consistently. To help us with this launch we are looking for Brand Ambassadors. Your mission is to ensure that each retailer is enthusiastic, informed and prepared to engage with their consumers about the benefits and value of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto.  You will develop your strategy within the individual retailers you engage with to ensure that you deliver what they need whilst adding value to their business and ours.  You will work as part of a highly dedicated and motivated team who continually look for fresh, new and inspiring ways to interact with retailers and the public alike.   

What is my role?

  • To be a happy, fun and caring part of a new team
  • To build and maintain working relationships
  • To deliver exciting training briefs in a retail environment
  • To engage both colleagues and consumers with our product range
  • Manage POS within stores, ensuring displays are maintained and maximised to market the brand to best effect.
  • Manage the presentation and stock availability of products within stores
  • Complete journey plans and administration as defined by the company
  • Meeting team and individual KPI’s

What do I need?

  • To be passionate about coffee
  • Desire to learn and grow as an individual
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • An ability to work both on your own and with others to make things happen
  • Good problem-solving skills
  •  
  • Previous retail demonstration and sales experience  
  • Basic IT skills
