Commercial Manager | Fresh Food | Kent

Our client is a leading fresh food business who are looking to bring in a Commercial Manager to manage their growing Waitrose business. If you have a strong background in fresh food (any category), strong retail facing experience and a drive and passion for growing business, then this could be for you.


The Role of Commercial Manager:

Develop and implement customer JBP's with full responsibility for developing and agreeing annual business plans.
P&L responsibility for your main account, ensuring the team are all committed to working towards agreements.
Working closely with other functions in the business in order to exploit key opportunities.
Identifying potential opportunities through keen category management.


The Candidate:

Will possess a number of years experience working with retailers in either a commercial management or senior account management role, within the fresh food industry.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a Waitrose account.
Will bring a proven track record of successful account growth.
Will be a team player whilst possessing good leadership and team management skills.
