NPD Technologist/Manager

They understand the needs of both their consumers and retailers and now need to recruit an ambitious individual in a brand new NPD Technologist/Manager role.

You will work alongside a colleague in developing a full innovation pipeline of both branded and own label products, from concept to launch. You will interact across the business - Sales, Marketing, Operations - project managing NPD launches. 

We need a foodie - you'll be creating new products and flavours so need to get excited by that process. Ideally you'll have a food degree or qualification and come from a food manufacturing/production environment and be looking for a new step in your career in a great, growing business that love to give autonomy and responsibility.
