National Account Controller - Snacks - Convenience
Up to £65k Basic + Bonus + Car (Allowance) + Bens
Home based - Flexible location
The Company: A category-leading snacking company with strong established brands.
The Role: This autonomous role will see you lead the company's already buoyant convenience sector, with Co-op being the focal account. The portfolio will include top convenience, symbol and forecourt accounts, with two direct reports.
The Candidate: A proven track record managing the Co-op is a must. Food / snacking is ideal, but all other branded FMCG sectors will be considered - as long as you can demonstrate a strong history in convenience, impulse and symbol groups. There is a huge potential for growth, and the role will suit someone who enjoys developing relationships. People-management experience is also preferential, but not essential.
