Marketing Manager

Lincoln & York are one of the U.K.’s most established and largest coffee roasters, specializing in sourcing, roasting and packing every coffee bean themselves. We are now seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the creation and implementation of our annual marketing plan, including all changes across the 5 P’s, heading the Public Relations of the company and helping to showcase the high level of quality Lincoln & York pride ourselves on, not just in our coffee but across the board. 

Other responsibilities for this role will include:

• The management of one direct report – a Digital Marketer
• Lead our consumer led approach towards the coffee category through meaningful insights 
• Lead all online and offline marketing activity across both the company and the brand(s)
• Work alongside the commercial teams to create tailored presentations, proposals and insights for new and existing clients
• Manage our presence in Trade Marketing, including events such as London Coffee Week
• Lead the development of new branding and packaging

The ideal candidate will be a graduate, or of equivalent caliber, well experienced in marketing either in-house or in an agency. They will be a creative, self-motivated and dynamic ‘people person’ looking to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team. This person must have a strong desire to ‘own’ projects and be able to work autonomously and alongside the wider team to complete tasks and help Lincoln & York to achieve our ambitious growth plans.

With a brand new state of the art facility, based a few miles from the Humber Bridge, which houses Britain’s biggest drum roaster, this role is easily accessible from Nottinghamshire, South and North Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and even parts of West Yorkshire!
