About the Opportunity:

Marketing Executive - The PERFECT stepping stone into Brand Management

High Wycombe

• £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Working directly with Head of Marketing to help reach the company's marketing and sales goals and objectives.
• Helping to maintain social media accounts for brands and products.
• Creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, packaging etc, (using design software Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign).
• Helping to organise PR activities including trade shows & events.
• Assisting with fact-checking, copy-editing and formatting during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials.
• Researching, analysing & presenting market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers develop marketing plans.
• Taking responsibility for creating & maintaining product sales sheets, technical product sheets, obtaining information about the required certification and tests for international markets.
• Sales order co-ordination & communication with customers.
• Sample order management, placement, logistics, record keeping and sample logging.
• Obtaining information from suppliers, transport companies and acquiring quotes.

About You:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner and should be familiar with using PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Knowledge of graphic design and ability to work with design software Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign will be an advantage.
• A positive, "can do" attitude.
• Able to develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Have strong attention to detail as accurate documentation is essential within this role.
• Professionally represent the organisation to prospect clients, operatives and suppliers and enjoy communicating and dealing with any queries face to face, over the phone and via email correspondence.
• Being proactive and using your initiative to develop and improve operational processes.
• Organised, with excellent time management skills.
• Confident & a good communicator.
