Your new role
You will be accountable for maximising retail sales and profit via the production of merchandise and layout plans that ensure their customers are wowed every time they visit a store. Reporting in to the Macro Space Planning Manager, you will create effective planograms that maximise space usage within their diverse store portfolio. What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar space or store planning role, preferably within a retail environment. Alternatively, you could be a category analyst within an FMCG manufacturing environment who would relish the challenge of moving across in to retail. Either way, you will have a good understanding of category and range principles coupled with excellent communication skills. You will also ideally have experience of using space planning software such as JDA, Spaceman, Galleria or AutoCad, and be able to confidently use this to produce commercially accurate store layouts.

What you'll get in return
For the successful applicant you will enjoy a uniquely rewarding career. You will assume real responsibility but be well trained and developed to undertake it. You'll work hard but be recognised for your contribution and be able to keep a healthy work/life balance. In addition to highly competitive salaries, they offer a valuable benefits package which includes generous holiday, pension scheme, professional support and relevant training, childcare vouchers, option to buy additional holiday and an employee discount scheme.
