Senior National Account Manager - Grocery - FMCG -

London

The Company:

Better Placed are working with a truly fantastic entrepreneurial FMCG food start up business who are going from strength to strength. With 400% growth YOY this brand really is not one to be missed; having gained listings in all major mults they now seek a NAM / Senior National Account Manager to continue to drive their growth within these accounts but with specific focus on either Asda or Tesco's.

Candidate Profile:

Currently working at NAM or Senior NAM level within a branded or non-branded FMCG environment, we are looking for a high flying results focused sales professional with a track record successfully managing some of the largest grocery relationships. We are looking for someone with experience managing the full P&L for either Tesco or Asda, specific food category is not essential for this role but a willingness and passion to work for a fast paced start up.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing key trading relationship with high profile accounts within the multiple sector
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Responsible for creating and implementing joint business plans where required
  • Leading the internal and external reporting
  • Leading range review negotiations & presentations as well as forecasting internally
  • Working with marketing to put together trade marketing campaigns
  • This is a newly created role and reports directly into the Head of Sales
