Job Details
My client is a market-leader in the food sector with a high profile food manufacturer client base, seeking an ambitious Senior Client Manager form the FMCG industry. My client has an energetic and positive environment where opportunity to develop careers are vast. Preferable experience in the food industry / market research / business intelligence / category. An ideal candidate will have great a great track record within the industry, with a strong understanding of the food industry, figures and the interpretation of figures.
The Role:
- Focus will be on developing existing accounts and securing new business, optimising all opportunities with the ranges on offer
- Account focus will be of developing food manufacturers and working on developing the restaurant sector
- Ensure customer requests and expectations are fulfilled from colleagues
- Engage with other departments to ensure all projects are completed on time and in full
- Develop and build a small but growing team showing strong leadership skills
- Understand and communicate information and figures, liaising with colleagues and customers
The candidate:
- Experienced in Sales or Category Management
- Thrives on achieving targets and confident when securing new business through carrying out presentations
- Strong communicator and team player
- Enjoys and is able to read between the lines of data, in order to provide customers with great service
- Firm understanding of the food & drink market
- Happy to travel where required
What’s On Offer:
