  • Leading a sales team of account managers selling both chilled and ambient food ingredients into national food chains & ready meal manufacturers

Description
  • Preparation and delivery of the budget in terms of volume and gross profit


  • Sales reporting to the board
  • Leadership of the sales team & strategic direction


  • Ensuring Sales team provide excellence in service from NPD samples to deliveries for all customers


  • Direct account management with key customers


  • Working closely with the Board on both tactical and strategic sales development


  • Profile
    • You will be established within the food ingredients industry with contacts ideally in both foodservice and food manufacturers
    • Sales management experience ideally or the desire to progress to management level
    • Must be commutable to the East Midlands/M1 corridor


    Job Offer
    • depending on experience £55-60,000 basic + car
