One of the leaders in their field, this predominantly private label toiletry business trade with all the big players in retail from grocery to the high street. With a comparably small sales team, their head office is based in the North and is worth over £20m. They have big plans in the future with a strong strategy to drive growth and take them to the next level.

As Category Development Manager you will be a pivotal member of the team, consulting and collaborating with all members of the sales and senior management team. By analysing and interpreting market data, you would advise on new product development and shape the product innovation strategy. You would also work directly with retailers across grocery, high street and discounters.

The ideal candidate would have experience developing new products within own label and previously interpreted complex category data. The ability to construct and present well planned out arguments is essential, as well as a confident and outgoing personality.
