This global, family-run business, is a high-growth brand in the UK health food & free-from market. They've experienced year on year growth success for the last 5 years and are looking to add to their marketing talent by bringing in a marketing manager to work as part of the senior leadership team.

About The Opportunity:
Global Customer Marketing Manager
- £65,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary
- Excellent Bonus Opportunity
- Pension Contribution
- Flexible home-based role, with international travel as required
You'll be responsible for the trading and customer marketing & you'll lead on the consumer experience: managing and activating core partnerships, delivering brand marketing, advertising, PR, social and digital.
In the trade, you'll turn brand plans into sales driving activations, analysing the performances and brand health to turn insight to support category management.
It's a new, broad role and it's crucial to the continued growth of the business as they develop and build the market in the UK and internationally.
This is a significant opportunity for an ambitious and talented Marketer to build something they can be proud of.
The perfect person will hold the right balance of the perfect skills, experience and attitude:
- You've got proven experience of building, launching and growing brands in the UK, and bringing new products to market.
- You care about health and wellbeing, and love the idea of helping to promote a range of free-from products that are good for you, but still taste great!
- You're known as a great all-rounder with experience across Brand, Insight, NPD, Shopper & Category.
- You can think of the big picture whilst maintaining commitment to the small steps that will get you there.
- You work at pace, take ownership and generally get things done!
- You're passionate for yourself, your career and the success of those around you.
- You're commercially minded, you know your numbers and everything that impacts them.
They're looking for someone who has prior experience of dealing with UK top 4 multiples and ideally blue chip trained but want to get away from the red tape & process driven culture. Truly owning P&L, having your own ideas, making your own decisions & broadening your commercial horizons are high on the agenda.
A real team player is needed to help drive the business in line with the global strategy. However, most important of all are passion, a keen interest in making a difference in the health food & free from market.
