Description

The Commercial Analyst will report directly to the sales Manager within an internationally focused team. The individual will support the manager on planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting.



You will:



  • Analyse market share, competitors and conduct competitor analysis




  • Generate weekly and monthly commercial reports on sales and margins




  • Analyse data to make informed decisions to key stakeholders




  • Provide accurate forecasting and demand planning




  • Identify savings opportunities




  • Prepare sales proposals




  • Project management










Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be of Degree calibre (or equivalent)


  • A proven track record in analysis and digesting information


  • Exposure, or experience in working with Nielsen data


  • Results driven, being able to meet tight deadlines


  • Creative and commercial


  • A strong communicator, being able to present confidently to an array of stakeholders


  • Commutable to the office in the South East of England


  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferably within FMCG)
