The Buying and Merchandising division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Planner for a global retailer.

The role:
To maximise sales and net profit from products through liaising with buying teams, utilising inventories, product sales history and other relevant market information to plan the most effective mix and sequence of products for specific programmed hours to achieve budgeted sales and being responsible for the management of inventory.
The ideal candidate
You must have had previous Planning experience or be at Junior Merchandiser level and have a background in fashion, beauty or home categories.You must be used to working in extremely fast paced envioroments. You will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and exceptional excel knowledge. Experience in managing a team and used to high volume and high pressure.
