A very exciting opportunity has arisen at JW Lees and we are now recruiting and on the hunt for our first “Master Brewer”. Would you like to take over the brewing reigns at our fabulous Greengate Brewery in Manchester and continue to brew our award-winning beers?

Master Brewer – Instructions

• Once you have watched our video you would now have realised that this is no ordinary application process which involves applying with your CV and Covering Letter. We do things a little bit more differently here at JW Lees…
• This is the JW Lees Master Brewer Competition and instead of CVs at this stage we want you to submit a Drinks Recipe which you believe would best sit within our current Family of Beers.
• Once you have designed your creative recipe and explained the reasons behind your decisions, you will then need to apply to noordinarybrew@jwlees.co.uk  and await further instructions. 
• Deadline for completion – Friday 2nd March 2018

Skills and Qualifications:

Here at JW Lees we have tried to make this application process as enjoyable as possible, after all we are looking for a creative Brewer to come onboard and take over the Brewing Reigns. We don’t just want any Brewer, we want a Super- Talented – Brewing – Genius. 

This competition will be of interest to many people and even though we are grateful for your time and effort designing your drinks recipes, please consider the below requirements for the Master Brewer role, before proceeding forward with the completion of your recipe. 

We are looking for:

• Minimum 5 Years Brewing Experience
• Diploma in Brewing 
• With or Working towards Master Brewer Qualification
