Area Sales Manager: South-East England (including Greater London)

Accurist has led the way in making watches of exceptional quality, style and reliability for almost 70 years. Their UK brand story has continued to gain momentum, most recently with their acquisition by Time Products UK Ltd, a long-established lead player in the watch business both here and overseas, who from the outset have been dedicated to designing and developing the next generation of essential wrist attire for both men and women.

The exciting news now is that they are looking to recruit a new member of the Accurist field sales team to cover the prestigious South East England region, including Greater London.

Managing an already established account base of independently-owned Retail Jewellers, the successful candidate will regularly support all buyers in maximising their Accurist sales revenues.

An experienced industry-leading Field Sales Manager will provide full brand training, as well as ongoing mentoring to facilitate performance to the highest company standards.

Your career experience to date will ideally have included time selling luxury goods – ideally watch or jewellery products – either in retail or “on the road”. Alternatively you may have chosen to rise to other sales support/merchandising challenges, and are now looking for a field sales appointment that will enable your brand-building talents to reach their full potential.

Whatever arena has been the setting for your sales career thus far, you are able to demonstrate a sound, outgoing “sales” personality and the ability to forge effective, long term customer relationships.

You relish presenting product ranges, and are always keen to capitalise on opportunities to secure potential new stockists and encourage brand sell-through, whether in a store or trade exhibition context. Increasing your brand’s regional representation is undoubtedly a major motivator for you, and you adore using your initiative to secure additional distribution in every shopping destination you visit.

You are ultra-organised, with a highly developed ability to plan your approach and make the most of your time in front of purchasing jewellers, ensuring that sales are optimised for all parties.

Your ability to use effective merchandising techniques is utilised on a daily basis, ensuring that your products are displayed for maximum visual impact and allure.

Conscientious to a fault, you are willing and determined to wear out your shoe leather whatever the weather, in your quest to succeed, and earn your place within a team already recognised as among the best in the industry.

A full, current (and preferably clean) driving licence is a desirable selection asset.
