Our client are renowned across the FMCG market nationally and internationally with a large portfolio of branded goods. The business has recently undergone considerable growth through the combination of strategic planning and an upsurge in the market. Culturally the business has a reputation for growing and developing its staff, providing exposure across the various functions to ensure all skill gaps are covered and long term progression is facilitated. 

The Role

Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the team managing some of their biggest and most influential brands in their category at present. With your existing commercial marketing skillset, you will have full responsibility for developing and driving forward market strategy to deliver corporate goals and objectives. As with all levels, the role will include liaising cross-functionally with various other business areas such as E-commerce & Commercial to execute successful brand and marketing programmes. 

The Person

The successful candidate will be an existing Senior Brand Manager or of a similar level in a comparable company, ready to take the next step up. You will have a full commercial understanding, with demonstrateable experience of managing budgets and knowledge of how products sit within their categories in a wider sense. You will be confident, able to make difficult and strategic decisions, with a true passion for marketing the desire for wider success within the business.
