Description



The National Account Executive role will provide a supportive role on one of the top 4 grocer accounts. This is an office based role based at the companies headquarters in Surrey. The National Account Executive provides an integral part in the company's internal processes, and that of the grocer account itself. The role supports the grocer team, reporting direct to the National Account Manager through providing essential sales performance information based upon reports to increase consumer usage.



The role requires associate to encompass the full array of business development responsibilities working alongside the sales team primarily, but also marketing and category teams, furthering knowledge of consumer behaviour and uptake.















Profile



The successful candidate will be a graduate, with a strong interest to develop a career within the FMCG market. Given the size of the organisation, the successful candidate will be mobile and willing to travel when required. The role requires the individual to have excellent analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have the confidence to relay their reports and views to senior members of the grocer team.

Given the role, the successful National Account Executive will have the ability to think outside of the box and use their initiative to implement plans and ideas to further the success of the team. The importance of the grocer account requires the individual to prioritise tasks and have the ability to work on multiple projects at any given time. The role requires an enthusiastic individual who is ambitious and able to motivate others within the team.

The ideal candidate will ideally already have experience as an Account Executive on one of the top 4 grocer accounts and have experience of working within FMCG industry.
