This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the probiotic industry as a National Account Manager within the Human Healthcare division. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of key national accounts for our Bio-Kult and Lepicol ranges.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts ranging from Pharmacy, Multiple Grocers and E-Commerce
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in current and new accounts to maximise short and long term profit potential
  • Pull together effective joint business plans in association with sales and marketing
  • Drive sales within all accounts and negotiate trading terms
  • Maximise distribution, presentation, visibility and promotional effectiveness of our brands across account portfolio
  • Cultivate strong long-term relationships

Required skills:

  • Solid National Account Management experience within VMS, pharmaceutical or personal health care business
  • Fantastic communication skills written and verbal with proven negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing key accounts with proven track record of increasing business
  • Track record of introducing new brands to market
  • Experience within the E-Commerce channel is desirable especially with Amazon
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills
  • Able to demonstrate ability to develop long term customer partnerships
  • A strategic thinker who can look at long term goals
