The role here, is asking for a well-organised, articulate and self-motivated professional who can represent a market leading business within heavy catering equipment. This global company's UK subsidiary is within the top three of the group for sales, so you would be joining a team that knows how to get results. Whilst training is provided there has to be a natural ability and a fundamental desire to work in a commercial capacity that has you building trust and new business relationships, whilst managing an existing customer base for continued brand loyalty, embracing technological advancements.

They are often the innovators, with ground-breaking ideas that the market then adopts and embraces - in fact, you have most likely benefited from these yourself, due to the manufacturers success and popularity within UK kitchens. Now you will be benefiting from a bonus scheme that rewards you for the overall company performance, as well as your own individual successes. With the self-starter in this role showing entrepreneurial qualities alongside organisation, research and customer service skills in a fun and lively environment, you can earn incredible bonuses (currently RSCs are clearing between £700 - £900 in bonus each month) on top of the salary and benefits package.
