The Role
As the successful Customer Marketing Manager you will develop, manage and deliver the Trade/Customer Marketing strategy and defined business objectives for all brands within your category, whilst monitoring implementation to ensure that our client wins at shelf and online. You will work closely with the National Account Managers meaning joint ownership of customer activation plans. As the Customer Marketing Manager it’s crucial that you are able to translate insight into convincing trade arguments.

Due to how heavily involved within commercial the new customer marketing function is, ideally you will have a breadth of experience including sales.

The ideal fit
- Operated successfully within National Accounts or Trade Marketing or equivalent 
- Able to work in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines – This is a very fast paced environment to be a part of
- Can be counted on to deliver
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and knows when to act and when to wait
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
- Committed to deliver results and goes after the stretch target
- Have a creative mind, always thinking how to enhance products / brands
- Have an infectious drive for results and make things happen
- Be a team player with a winning mentality
- Be degree educated or equivalent
