About Olympic Foods
Olympic Foods is one of the largest oil packers and distributors in the UK. Based in Whiston, Merseyside, we also manufacture a wide range of Sauces and Mayonnaise which we distribute to the wholesale and foodservice markets.
About the role
Working as part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing new and existing customer accounts, both regional and national with the aim of increasing sales for the company.
Main responsibilities will include:-
- Deal with strict customer demands whilst developing and maintaining long term customer relationships
- Work alongside other teams within the business to ensure targets are met
- Manage your own sales budget and timescales
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers and ensure the customer is satisfied
- Understand and utilise oil market data and keep customers informed of market changes
- Visit new and existing customers across the UK
The ideal candidate
Olympic Foods is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our expanding team based at our head office in Merseyside. The ideal candidate would come from a successful sales background with experience of the FMCG sector a necessity.
You would have to be highly self-motivated with account management experience in order to succeed in this highly competitive market. Education to a degree level is preferred but not essential.
