National Account Manager – Molson Coors

Here at Molson Coors we are looking for the best National Account Managers to join our business on a permanent basis.

Working collaboratively with the customer buying teams, route to market owners, wholesalers and internal account teams, as a National Account Manager you will make sure the correct products/brands are ranged and priced to facilitate brand distribution and activation in line with the brand & channel strategy.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for first class National Account Managers who can demonstrate the following;

  • Building strong relationships across Multiple Grocers & Convenience customers.
  • Working in cross functional teams across, category, marketing, supply chain & finance
  • Displaying a growth mind set and winning as a team.
  • You are passionate, possessing the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Building strong customer relationships and continuing our “customer first” approach.
  • Responsible for owning and implementing individual customer business plans
  • Working with category, marketing and supply chain to deliver first class customer service.
  • Total accountability for achieving commercial targets for the individual customer(s).
  • Displaying a growth mind set for driving our business forward.
  • Responsible for growing our strong portfolio.

About You

  • Proven commercial experience in an FMCG environment.
  • National Account Manager experience managing Multiple Grocers & Convenience customers.
  • Preferred - Recent working knowledge of a top 4 UK retailer at head-office level.
  • Able to work from our UK Head Office in Burton Upon Trent at least one day a week.
