This role is pivotal to the success of the business across the Wholesale channel and will play a significant part in driving a team of 4 through significant business growth.

With a signified presence across the Grocery, Retail & Wholesale channel along with a unrivalled passion to deliver the best branded products to market, they hold years of market dominance through generations.

The addition of a successful National Wholesale Manager is vital to further growth in this area.



Description

As National Wholesale Manager, you will be fully commercially responsible for your dedicated lines within key wholesale accounts. It is vital to the success of this position that you work cross functionally with finance, brand, category etc to provide bespoke solutions designed around your customer needs.

You will have the ability to have tough conversations including price increases, shelf space and able to negotiate JBPs at all levels.

You will be responsible for a team of 4 in driving strategic growth across the Wholesale channel to sustain and extend long term business goals and retain market leader status.

Extensive progression is available. You will have the opportunity to move across markets into National Accounts with a fluid approach to personal development, something hard to come by in today's market.

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills: National Wholesale Manager
  • Wholesale channel experience is required within Sales
  • Category experience within Health/Beauty/Personal Care is advantageous
  • Outstanding communication skills with management & customer facing experience
  • Strong career progression & stability is admired
  • Ideally you will have experience of Branded goods - open to food, drink or non-food experience.
  • The ability to analyse and deal with complex scenarios and present solutions in a simple and effective manner.
  • Resilient and tenacious with the ability to work on own initiative to problem solve.
  • Comfortable working in a process and target driven working environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Located commutable to Birmingham as required
  • Degree educated
