Financial Manager (Controller)

An incredible opportunity has been created with an amazing FMCG food manufacturing business in London with a highly entrepreneurial spirit. If you are looking for a Finance Manager role as part of a growing SMEs journey from a very early stage, with huge potential for personal and professional growth, then read on. You may be working as a Finance Manager currently or be a qualified accountant seeking promotion, but you must demonstrate ambition and decision making ability.

Our client is a £2m t/o FMCG food manufacturing business based centrally in London on the Northern Line. They are easily one of the most passionate and creative businesses in their market which is one of the main reasons that they have grown from a start up to their current size in just 3 years, and are set to double in size next year having secured a contract with one of the top 4 grocers.

As Finance Manager you will work closely with the businesses founder and the senior leadership team to help them achieve their growth plans. You will make key decisions and offer advice regarding all aspects of finance.

They are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following

• All-round finance experience within an SME/entrepreneurial environment
• Commercial intelligence
• Problem solving and strategic thinking
• Logical career progression to date
• Ideally food manufacturing or FMCG experience
