Due to this growth, they are looking for an experienced Dairy Buyer.


Your new role
What has been at the heart of this success is the inherent passion within the business combined with a supportive and vibrant working environment. Therefore applicants will need to be highly commercial experts in their field and true trading managers who have a strong knowledge of the both domestic and international sourcing channels. You will also need a strong background in NPD and Innovation as well as the ability to forge partnerships with some of the largest FMCG suppliers internationally. Reporting to the Head of Category, you will be part of a dedicated and ever expanding team with a unique informal and can-do culture.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have extensive buying experience for the Dairy category. You must also be able to demonstrate first rate negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international supply partners. You will also need to have strong New Product Development and Innovation experience with a proven track record of bringing new and exciting products to market.
