National Account Manager - Booker

Office based role (West London) - potentially 1 or 2 days from home

The role

National Account Manager fully P&L accountable for a large Wholesale customer. In this role you will be responsible for negotiating and executing JBP's with head office and regional contacts, whilst developing a mutually beneficial relationship, ensuring you are able to influence key stakeholders internally & externally. Other key areas of your responsibility will be:
  • Delivering financial and volume forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Delivering profitable business through your designated accounts
  • Implement an agreed promotional plan within defined investment budgets
  • Preparing and delivering the overall annual sales and promotional plan.


The person

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
  • Commercial National Account Management or Retail Buying experience
  • Wholesale channel experience is a must, and Booker highly preferable
  • P&L accountability experience
  • Ability to influence & manage senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of financial metrics, as well as supply chain forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
