Our brief is for a leading European company operating in healthy and sustainable food & drink. They have a single-minded focus on health, nutrition and organic food, which is both for people and for the good of the environment. Operating across a number of categories they have a portfolio of well loved brands and hold a strong trading position which is delivering healthy growth!

We are looking for someone to lead their Convenience & Wholesale Channel which will cover the usual suspects: Spar, Nisa Todays, One Stop, P&H, CostCo, Booker, Bestway, etc. Currently they have positive relationships in place but with a recent brand acquisition they have a real opportunity to leverage growth opportunities across their brand portfolio which they believe could deliver in excess of 50% growth in 2018!!!

This is a chunky role where you would hold full accountability for the Commercial Strategy & Account Development across the Convenience & Wholesale retailers. Responsible for managing each relationship; every JBP and P&L; with a key role in aligning the brand portfolio and company to each retailers strategy. There will be no surprise we are looking for an expert within these channels and drawing upon your experience you will play a pivotal role in achieving 2018 growth plans, landing NPD and strategically developing the accounts/brands further.

We expect you will be classically trained and be able to demonstrate a track record of success within the Convenience, Impulse and Wholesale accounts. You will be highly commercial, with strong negotiation skills and a results focus. If you are energetic, action orientated and hold strong personal values for quality, natural, organic food & drink then you will relish this opportunity!
