As a leading technological innovator in professional catering equipment, our client is looking for an ambassador to represent one of the best brands in the market. The Regional Sales Manager for Scotland will be responsible for bringing an effective and efficient heavy duty piece of kit to the best restaurants and banqueting venues in the region.

It's your job to tell the world (well... Scotland) all about the quality that a kitchen can produce with the assistance of this ground-breaking equipment. As Regional Sales Manager you will break the shackles of working the long, pressured hours in a restaurant. Instead you will be the master of your own manor, ensuring you showcase the functionality of yet another first-to-market product from this leading manufacturer. Travelling the length and breadth of Scotland, partnering with dealers and distributors as you effectively change the fortunes of your Chef peers.

Demonstrating the equipment should come naturally as your Chef background over years, enables you to present to an engaged audience - speaking their language. It's the audience being there in the first place that is where the additional skills come in handy! For this opportunity we ideally seek an experienced Chef who has a commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit. Perhaps you have already left the kitchens and had success in a sales role or even ran your own catering enterprise.
