National Account Manager

A leading UK dried fruit and nuts company is looking for a National Account Manager with food ingredients sales experience to join their commercial team. The company is a leading supplier of dried fruit and nuts into manufacturers and some foodservice accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business which has enjoyed sustained organic growth over the past 3 years, and has ambitious plans for further growth over the next 2-3 years

The Role:

• A mixture of account management and business development into food manufacturers
• Supplier management alongside purchasing/sales team
• Home & office based

The Candidate:

• Must have experience with food ingredient sales (preferably ambient)
• Experience selling into food manufacturers
• Proven negotiating skills in securing trade deals
