Job Details
How does an opportunity in developing new brand plans for premium products within the BWS category sound? If you’re considering new opportunities before the end of the year and looking for a Brand Management role to focus on developing premium brands please read on.
This opportunity sits with an inspiring FMCG business who operate globally with their head office based in London. (Central London based) A family owned business who have made significant investment over the past few years to develop new and exciting brands to work across all channels including the MULTs and On Trade. With a strong heritage behind them, they are entering a new phase and very excited about the plans already in place for the future.
As Brand Manager you will take accountability, and full responsibility for a small portfolio of brands within the BWS category and operate across the full brand marketing mix paying particular attention to pace and speed of innovation.
Successful candidates:
- FMCG, brand management experience, keen to make your mark on a changing, fast moving, BWS category (experience of the Gin market would be advantageous but not essential)
- 2 years experience minimum operating in a brand management role
- Demonstrable experience in brand innovation and NPD
- Ability to operate across the full mix of marketing
- Adaptable to change, agile and able to work at pace
- Strong influencer, tenacious
- Creative, yet able to back up your brand strategies with detail and numbers
This is a newly created Brand Management position which will operate as part of a close knit Marketing team who are all very passionate and excited about the development of the business, and the marketing strategy in place.
