Brand Manager -Toys

This organisation are a recent entry into the UK Toy market and have received a great reception so far. They have the backing of a fantastic toy group and have built a great foundation for growth in the UK by hiring an excellent management team. This coupled with a great range of products gives them the recipe for success and they intend to grab this with both hands. The brands they own are regularly visible on supermarket and toy specialist shelves. They now require a Brand Manager to join the team and help them achieve their next growth milestone.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of the key brands this organisation own which are some of the most exciting products in the toy industry! You will ensure that all of the product and line plans are up to date and take responsibility for trade marketing activities including catalogue pages, retailer activity and POS. A&P plans will fall under your remit as well as all TV / digital activity.

You will most probably be an Assistant Brand / Product Manager or Marketing Executive looking for your next step. In an ideal world you will be working within a non food consumer good environment. This is your opportunity to take on your first Brand Manager role and be exposed to all areas of marketing in a hands-on environment. You must be ambitious as the plan is that this role will grow into a Senior Brand Manager role assuming you perform well.
