The role:
So beyond simply your ability to do the job now, they are interested in your ability to shape the future of online within the business, bringing new ideas & approaches to the table at all times.
The position itself offers a genuine breadth of opportunity, covering online content strategy and delivery, brand content and digital projects.
The person:
As such, you'll need to show a passion for online & digital, with the 'always on' mindset required to take advantage of new opportunities as and when they arise.
You'll need to understand the FMCG market, but where that experience comes from doesn't matter - manufacturer, retailer, consultancy or other. What matters is that you want to be part of an industry leading eCommerce set-up.
