A well known manufacturer of commercial catering equipment is looking to recruit a new sales person. My client offers specialty equipment for the commercial kitchen and it is a well respected brand within the sector

This is a fantastic opportunity to forge a long term career with a global player that has grown year on year.

My client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager who is driven and passionate about food and sales. This role will be a mixture of following up sales leads and creating new business sales. It will involve working with and selling to the foodservice sector from end-users to catering equipment dealers and distributors.

You will also be tasked with selling this unique equipment to customers direct. Customers will include those in private education, hotels and restaurants as well as contract catering, private clubs and businesses. You will be selling to customers that include Head and Executive Chef’s, Buyers, F&B Managers, Kitchen Design Consultants and Business Owners.

All candidates must have some sort of culinary background and ideally a Chef qualification or time served in a commercial kitchen. The role will involve giving live cooking demonstrations, so confidence around other Chef’s and in the kitchen is important.

Candidates will also have experience of sales, perhaps selling catering supplies, equipment or food and beverage to the sector. Enthusiasm is key to the role, the ability to identify new opportunities and communicate the products features and benefits is essential.
