An opportunity for a strategic leadership role, current team of NAMs and SD in a successful branded and own label ambient food manufacturer.  Now seeking this additional hire to take them to the next level and potentially to soon succeed the sales director.

I recruit sales roles in the food industry so always happy to have conversations with any food candidates but as senior adverts attract attention I will be up front on the must haves for this particular role:

•    Branded food manufacturing - ideally with some own label but brand is a must.
•    Strong knowledge of major retail.
•    Leadership experience of a team of NAMS
•    South East to midlands based.
•    Strategy creation and implementation

Package is circa £95k + car + bonus with succession planning and progression potential.
