With over 30 years of experience, A leading premium travel business with an excellent reputation in their market are looking for a Personal Holiday Advisor to join them. Founded on the principles of excellent customer service, value, reliability, responsibility and a sense of fun, it has used its entrepreneurial heritage and passion for innovation to benefit customers and communities around the world.


Your new role

You will be based in a concession in a department store working 37.5 hours a week where you will lead from the front and act as an ambassador of the company and ensure that all customers receive an exceptional customer experience. You will have an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to set the scene for a perfect holiday when dealing with customers in store. You will also have the autonomy to utilise marketing tools whilst driving business through social media campaigns. It is imperative that a high standard of customer service is given at all times whilst being pro-active and confident to resolve any question or query straight away.

It is essential that you are available to work weekends, you will be entitled to a weekend off every 4/5 weeks. The business are looking to hold interviews as soon as possible and will be based at the location that you will be based at.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a target driven sales environment, with an understanding of the long-haul product and the ability to deliver impressive levels of customer service. Above all, you will have the people skills and imaginative flair to sell luxury holidays alongside being committed to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
