I am currently working with one of the North West's (and indeed the UK's) fastest growing food businesses who are looking to hire a couple of National Account Managers. The company work with some of the best restaurant groups in the UK to help get their products on the shelves of top 4 multiples, high street retailers and convenience stores.
They have some highly collaborative relationships with hugely successful brands including the UK's favourite spicy chicken outlet, an international pizza business, a high-end burger company and several Asian street food chains. These instantly recognisable brands are now on the shelves of major retailers throughout the UK thanks to this company!
In your role as a National Account Manager you be working with one of the businesses major clients and managing the relationship moving forward. This involves working closely with Supply Chain, Production, New Product Development and Buying Teams. This is a highly collaborative role where you will utilise your great relationship skills to maximise market potential, culminating in more products on shelves!
This isn't just a sales role there will be great opportunity to work on site with the respective restaurant brands and grocery multiples.
The successful candidates will be those you have shown great ambition throughout their academic years and are extremely articulate, organised and driven. You'll have a cheerful, positive outlook as well - a trait that is very much evident throughout the existing team.
In return you can expect a salary based anywhere from 22000 - 33000 dependant on experience, company vehicle and great benefits package. There is also excellent bonus potential of up to 40% which was achieved by the whole company last year!
