As one of the recognised cool breweries in the UK, this business is currently growing at 42% YOY and expect their London market share to grow 50% in 2018.

Bold claims, but they have the brands, the personnel and the leadership team in place to deliver these ambitious numbers.

All their products have been through a fantastic re-branding project as part of the investment from the parent company which will continue this fabulous growth.   


About The Opportunity: 

Head of Field Sales - Fabulous Craft Beer Business


  • £60,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
  • 20% Bonus
  • Healthcare
  • Pension

This is a brand-new position created as the team are developing at pace and now need structure and process put in place to move them all forwards.

There are currently at team of 5 enthusiastic and motivated field sales reps, working across the on-trade market who all will benefit from a strong and organised Field Sales Manager.

It's a chance to really develop the team and highlight the people that are likely to develop into the next national account managers and who are more suited to man management. This is about succession planning for the business.  

Also, because this is a new position, you can bring your own style to the company and set it up how you wish.

The senior management team are committed to bringing in great new people to their business from all areas of the FMCG world. 


About You:


  • You'll come from a structured FMCG background with the ability to bring a successful team management model and 'drop it in'
  • This may mean that you don't have experience in the drinks market, but this is a company that sees your skill set as more important than the category you are currently working in.
  • You'll need to be able to laugh, have fun, work hard and be focussed on delivering training and development to this currently unstructured team.  It is also key that you can deliver the reason for the process and structure and how it will benefit the team.
  • As part of the new guard, it's also important you can see development for yourself in this growing business, so they need you to be ambitious for yourself as well as the company.
